In the recent years controlling drug release has become one of the critical endeavours, since the use of free drugs in conventional dosage forms generally involves difficulties in achieving the desire therapeutic outcomes. Consequently, the search for new drug delivery approaches represents one of the frontier research areas.

We invite review and original research papers covering current and expected challenges along with potential solutions that must be overcome for safe and effective oral drug delivery. Both experimental and theoretical papers are welcome.
