Abstract
From the realistic problems in the staff skills training assessment and professional quality requirement, design and develop professional quality appraisal system for oil gathering and transferring enterprise by integrated application of network technology and virtual simulation technology. System is in the service of oil workers professional quality requirement and regular training appraisal, realize the two aspects of theoretical knowledge and operation skills examination, and satisfy the unified examination of enterprise organization, and satisfy the employee's independent test. Keywords:
