Abstract

This article presents the effect of wavelength and angular frequency on the capacity of a CIGS- based solar cell subjected to monochromatic illumination in frequency modulation. From the expression of the density of the minority charge carriers, phototension and capacitance are studied. A gap of 1.34 eV corresponding to a gallium proportion of 0.28 is chosen. The results found show that the efficiency of the capacity decreases with the increase of the wavelength.
