Abstract

A case of giant cemento-ossifying fibroma (COF) that is invading the maxilla, maxillary sinus, nasal nostril, inferior orbital floor (IOF) and inferior orbital rim (IOR) was resected along with total hemimaxillectomy and reconstructed immediately using mandible coronoid-ramus graft to the orbital rim, metal mesh to the floor, and an immediate maxillopalatalobturator to maintain the midfacial contour, cosmetics, speech, and function. The surgical and reconstructive technical details are discussed.
