The present paper focuses on customer satisfaction and prediction of Government business in SBI for finding the market share of Government business and conducting a trend analysis of the same for the last five years and formulating strategies in order to improve the market share of Government business. Different statistical models are framed to analyze the degree of customer satisfaction and market share of Government business.
