Regardless the amount of energy and macronutrients intake, many behaviors related to diet has healthy impact on body weight. The effect of behaviors related to diet on body weight was discussed in the review as managing these behaviors may help to maintain healthy weight. These behaviors are increase meal frequency, controlling snack, choose good time of meal, eating meals at regular time, eating at home, choose low dense food, decrease portion size, and eating slowly. So, modifying behaviors related to diet is a way to maintain healthy body weight even if the content of the diet is same. These behaviors should be considered in dietary recommendation for obese persons.
