He once said, "A year starts from spring, a life starts from youth, youth is the spring of society", Ho Chi Minh thought on training and fostering young generation, including youth workers, is a scientific and comprehensive system of views on building a generation of Vietnamese youths with full necessary qualities and abilities to build and defend the Socialist Vietnam Fatherland and, at the same time, build a constantly growing Vietnamese working class.
