    <abstract language="eng">Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become vital in contemporary business management, serving to enhance public image, boost employee morale, and build a reputable employer brand. This study conducted expert interviews with key corporate personnel to examine five core CSR dimensions: social environment, community relations, charitable activities, employee welfare, and health and safety. The findings indicate that CSR initiatives significantly enhance employee organizational identification, and active participation substantially boosts their commitment to the company. Based on these results, three recommendations are proposed: (1) implement CSR education programs to clarify its purpose and reduce participant burden; (2) define clear objectives to organize tailored initiatives across different themes; and (3) conduct employee satisfaction surveys to assess effectiveness and optimize future engagement strategies.</abstract>
