We report a 26-year-old female presented to the hospital with a petechial rash and mucosal bleeding after three weeks of administration of the COVID-19 vaccine. Thrombocytopenia workup was done, ITP was diagnosed. The ITP in this case was refractory to initial treatment of IVIG and steroid.
