<abstract language="eng">Methods of complex evaluation based on local, forecasting, aggregated, and interactive estimation of the state, function quality, and interaction of complex system's objects on the all hierarchical levels is proposed. Examples of analysis of the structural elements of railway transport system are used for illustration of efficiency of proposed approach.</abstract>
