Baló’s concentric sclerosis is a rare and progressive demyelinating disease of the central nervous system. It is considered to be a variant of multiple sclerosis. The lesion is characterized by the alternation of concentric demyelinated and myelinated rings in the white matter while leaving the gray matter preserved. Herein we present the case of a 14-year-old female with this condition.
