Eagle syndrome is a rare medical condition characterized by symptoms related to an elongated styloid process. CT scan of the neck and direct laryngoscopy was obtained and confirmed the diagnosis. Here we report a patient who presented with dysphagia and odynophagia and was found to have an elongated styloid process.
