Abstract

This paper presents the recent advances of the hydropower energy in Saudi Arabia. The hydropower energy is one of the renewable energy power resources. It is used in the generation of the electrical power in different areas of the world. The hydropower is a clean and environmentally friendly source of energy. Recently, the hydropower energy is used to generate electricity and heat around the world.
