Abstract

The notion of governance has been the subject of several disputes between researchers aimed at property assess the existing relationship between a system of governance within the company and the performance of the latter, it verify that good governance can ensure a proper functioning of the company and, therefore, to improve performance. In this context, a central question revolves around the assessment of the impact of the system of governance on the performance of the Tunisian banks saw that the financial sector has an important role in the economic development process.
