abstract={In this study, static and dynamic of vortex in Y<SUB>1</SUB>Ba<SUB>2</SUB>Cu<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>7-¦Ä</SUB> system have been investigated depending on the magnetic field and temperature. The Y<SUB>1</SUB>Ba<SUB>2</SUB>Cu<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>7-¦Ä</SUB> samples were prepared using conventional solid-state reaction technique at two different sintering temperatures (900, 920¡ãC). Magnetic fields dependence of the magnetic moments in the Y<SUB>1</SUB>Ba<SUB>2</SUB>Cu<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>7-¦Ä</SUB> single crystal M-H measurements were carried out for different temperatures (10, 20 and 30 K). Temperature dependence of the magnetic moments in the Y<SUB>1</SUB>Ba<SUB>2</SUB>Cu<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>7-¦Ä</SUB> single crystal were investigated by applying constant 500 Oe magnetic field. Vortex lattice thermal fluctuations, magnetic fields and random pinning favour a liquid or a disordered glassy vortex state. The non-equilibrium states contain several types of plastic and elastic motion.},
