abstract={Vietnam is the world's second-largest coffee producer and exporter, with an average coffee yield over three times higher than the global average. Currently, Vietnam's coffee industry faces numerous challenges, including climate change, soil quality degradation, diseases, and increasing buyer demands for traceability, food safety, and coffee quality. This article highlights key trends in coffee production and the market from 2010 to 2025, the factors contributing to Vietnam's status as the world leader in coffee yield, and the industry's challenges and opportunities. It also proposes several solutions to promote the development of Vietnam's coffee production and exports in the future.},
