abstract={We firstly look into the current status of CDM practices and low-carbon technology innovation efficiency in China. Then several influencing factors of CDM¡¯s performances in efficiency improvement are put forward, and further verified in our empirical analysis. Using a logit model, we find that project number, scale and type, CER issuance and success rate, CER price and returns to investments, as well as economic development of host regions, have significant impacts on the probability of efficiency improvement. Impacts of these factors on the rate of efficiency improvement are also estimated.},
