    <abstract language="eng">The influence of workaholism is one of the major impact factors on work-family imbalance and wellbeing. This paper presents the findings of recent empirical studies regarding the link of work-family balance and workaholism and how it shows a negative relationship between them, the link between work-family balance and employee wellbeing and how it shows a positive relationship between them, and finally the link between workaholism and employee wellbeing and how it shows a negative relationship between them. The researcher examines studies which were published over the past decade to investigate the relationship between workaholism and employee wellbeing while taking the mediating role of work-family balance (WFB). A conceptual framework was offered which may help and guide future research regarding this area.</abstract>
