This is partly due to the weakness of the amounts requested and, mainly, to the absence of collateral. In a bid to satisfy these small enterprises need for financing, a new financing specialized institution, was created in 1997, namely, the Tunisian Solidarity Bank (BTS). In this respects, the present paper attempts to provide a thorough examination and study of the state of financing needs and employability in Tunisia before and after the BTS establishment.
