In this paper, we consider the spectral problem of the form: Where is a spectral parameter in which =+i, where ; p3(x), p4(x) and (x) are real valued functions and we assume that (x)>0, p4(x)C[0,a], p3(x)C2[0,a] and (x)C4[0,a]. Asymptotic formulas for eigenvalues and solutions of the consider boundary value problem are established.
