Based on the study of synergy, the self-organization theory and the eastern philosophy on original principles of synergy, the synergetic approach to the cluster development is elaborated. Article shows an artificial and rapid creation and development of clusters that uses the achievements of synergy, in particular ultrafast processes of the hyperbolic growth. The proposed model of clustering considers these processes.
