Numerous techniques have been described for the reduction of ZMC fracture. This case report presents a 21-year-old man who was involved in a traffic accident and who subsequently presented with a ZMC fracture. The patient was treated through an open reduction and internal fixation procedure using a titanium microplate and miniplate combination.
