These cysts are usually asymptomatic unless they are secondarily infected. Symptomatic lesions can be associated with pain and swelling. Radiographically, it appears as a well-defined oval, round or Heart shaped radiolucency located in the midline of maxilla. The treatment of choice is complete enucleation of cyst with its lining. Histopathology shows a mixture of stratified non-Keratinized with pseudostratifiedepithelium.
