    <abstract language="eng">Nowadays implant therapy is an effective and reliable treatment with a high success rate, but various mechanical Complications can occur. Thus, the scope for prevention and management needs to be emphasized. The aim of this review article is to identify the different causes of dental implant failure due to fixture and or abutment screw fractures and to describe the management and the preventive options for these failures, so trying to assist the clinicians to plan accurately the implant-supported prosthesis treatment.</abstract>
