Samuel was the first person who describes the disease in the year 1887. The given review article describes various factors which are associated with CD such as genetic factors, environmental factors and proteins. Chronic diarrhea, Hypochromic anemia, Short stature, Bone loss, Recurrent abortions, Hashimoto¡¯s disease, etc are some common clinical manifestation.
