LFT, chest xray and ascitic fluid ADA were normal. USG abdomen showed fine echoes from peritoneal cavity and normal liver and portal /hepatic veins. endoscopy was done to look for lymphangiectasia but gross morphology of duodenum was suggestive of celiac disease.
