    <abstract language="eng">Celiac disease has many manifestations and the diagnosis is often difficult. We report the case of a child to which extradigestive manifestations of celiac disease masked celiac disease evolution. The association of proven allergic manifestations slowed celiac disease diagnosis.</abstract>
