This research is a type of descriptive research that uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study found that general stress management for teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Bandar Lampung City was not being optimally performed during the Covid-19 pandemic. especially when developing strategies to avoid and cope with stress.
