The contribution of this study is a technology of WLAN APs and Moodle e-learning model deployment remoted, secured, and managed by a RADIUS server model design which was implemented and deployed on Linux server OS. In order to meet this objective, the research and development or R & D method are used. The subjects of the research were students of bachelor study programs in Cheick Zayed Center of Mali.
