<abstract language="eng">This study is about the construction of the Emotional Intelligence 3600 Tool. The method is a normative method with survey technique. Daniel Goleman’s dimensions were used to construct the items. The sample is selected from students of higher secondary schools. Four subscales such as self-view, teacher view, peer view, and parent view make up Ei3600 Tool. Reliability, validity was measured, norms of the tool were established, and the scoring procedure was given.</abstract>
