abstract={This study is about the construction of the Emotional Intelligence 360<SUP>0</SUP> Tool. The method is a normative method with survey technique. Daniel Goleman¡¯s dimensions were used to construct the items. The sample is selected from students of higher secondary schools. Four subscales such as self-view, teacher view, peer view, and parent view make up Ei360<SUP>0</SUP> Tool. Reliability, validity was measured, norms of the tool were established, and the scoring procedure was given.},
