Reasons why the study that is presented today was developed. It is difficult to understand the factors that lead to this kind of situation, however we are looking for ways to make these organizations improve their functioning based on the results obtained. The study sought to understand the phenomenon that occurs from job satisfaction and how it affects job performance and can cause other situations such as work stress that in the short or medium term can be determinant in the operation of the organization.
