abstract={Pre-service training of university new teachers has been carried out in China for twenty years. In this period, a series of related researches appeared which not only greatly improved new teachers' teaching ability, but also made the pre-service training to be more reasonable and scientific. This paper reviewed and combed the researches in the past twenty years, and summarized its training contents and methods, and gave suggestions about future research.},
