abstract={In this article, I attempt to show the characteristics of the education system in <b>United S</b><b>t</b><b>ates</b>, doing so based on the educational performance revealed in different countries through the PISA 2006 Report. I describe the characteristics obtained by carrying out a comparison with other countries in the world, and I clearly define the benefits through <i>four models</i> that define the educational systems of the world to address their heterogeneity.},
