<abstract language="eng">Today most schools are still using traditional and outdated teaching methods and learning environments. On the other hand, the highly competitive working environments create high level of uncertainty and demand adaptive thinking skills and creativity. Therefore the role and purpose of schools, learning spaces and teachers has to be changed and adapted to the 21st century needs. We developed a 4-step model called 'Dynamic and Synchronized Pedagogy', in an advanced learning environment based on Steelcase Education design, in which students are able to open a window to a world of engagement, motivation, success and deeper understanding.</abstract>
