The study was conducted using quantitative evaluation approach is descriptive and made judgments on the research products. This study was conducted in six SMK at Regency Simalungun. The population in this study is the executive Production Unit in SMK at Regency Simalungun. The research sample was taken 30 people caretaker of production unit. The results showed that; (a). In the six SMKs have become researh sample in Regency Simalungun had applied management functions with different performance quality, (b). Vision and mission management of production unit is developed in order to achieve the vision and mission of SMK, (c). Production unit at SMK of Regency Simalungun can not develop as unit which is equivallent with bussiness unit should be.
