This suggests that these categories of teachers needed an orientation exercise/seminar to put them through in their assessment and supervision. This paper therefore highlight the objective of Teaching practice (TP), functions/roles of supervisors, stages of supervision and recommendations are made towards ensuring an itch free and effective teaching practice supervision.
