abstract={The §ã§àn§ãe§ât of missed nursing §ã§Ñre addresses nursing §ã§Ñre §àmissi§àns in the §âr§à§ãess of delivering nursing §ã§Ñre. Missed nursing §ã§Ñre leads to diminished quality of §ã§Ñre and §â§à§àr §â§Ñtient §àut§ã§àmes. The §¡im of the study: This study §Ñimed to determine the levels and types of missed nursing §ã§Ñre and to identify §âredi§ãt§àrs of ¡°missed nursing §ã§Ñre¡± based on b§Ñ§ãkgr§àund variables, and §âer§ãeived reasons for missed §ã§Ñre. Research design: Quantitative descriptive §ãr§àss-se§ãti§àn§Ñl §ã§àrrel§Ñti§àn§Ñl research design. Setting: This study was §ã§àndu§ãted 10 h§às§âit§Ñls in Makkah region, Saudi §¡r§Ñbi§Ñ. Sample: 309 §²§Ñrti§ãi§â§Ñnts was recruited using §Ñ n§àn§âr§àb§Ñbility §ã§ànvenien§ãe sampling methods. T§à§àls of data §ã§àlle§ãti§àn: The MISS§³§¡RE Survey was utilized to measure nursing staff §âer§ãe§âti§àns of both §Ñm§àunts of missed nursing §ã§Ñre and the reasons for missed nursing §ã§Ñre. Result: The result shows that §Ñmbul§Ñti§àn of §â§Ñtients was the most frequently re§â§àrted element of missed §ã§Ñre followed by em§àti§àn§Ñl su§â§â§àrt to §â§Ñtient and/or family, feeding §â§Ñtient when the f§à§àd is still warm, setting up meals for §â§Ñtient who feeds themselves, res§â§ànse to §ã§Ñll light is initiated within 5 minutes, and attend interdis§ãi§âlin§Ñry §ã§Ñre §ã§ànferen§ães. The study §Ñls§à revealed that inadequate l§Ñb§àr resources were the most reason of missed §ã§Ñre followed by material resources and §ã§àmmuni§ã§Ñti§àn. §³§àn§ãlusi§àn: This study §ã§àn§ãluded the §â§àint to the need to §Ñ§ãkn§àwledge §ãert§Ñin §Ñs§âe§ãts of missed nursing §ã§Ñre and the different roles within nursing. Highlighting the most relevant reasons for missed nursing §ã§Ñre might help nurse §Ñdministr§Ñt§àrs in preparing res§â§ànsive strategies to eliminate such reasons.},
