abstract={Adrenal lymphangiomas, also known as cystic adrenal lymphangiomas are benign vascular lesions, most often found incidentally during abdominal imaging studies, abdominal surgery or at autopsy. We present a case of a 45-year-old female who was evaluated for recurrent abdominal pain. Imaging studies revealed a large cystic lesion in the right adrenal region considered as a hydatid cyst. Right adrenalectomy was performed. Histopathologic examination demonstrates that the definite diagnosis is cystic lymphangioma of the right adrenal gland.},
