    <abstract language="eng">the feasibilities of using wind energy in the Kuwait have analyzed and investigated. The wind speed level and resources in Kuwait was investigated experimentally. The aerodynamic of the rotor of wind turbine is investigated experimentally. Aerodynamic of wind turbines is studied theoretical using Flo software based on the theoretical models. All components of wind turbine are selected and manufactured in Kuwait. The required materials for assembling rotor and main shaft were performed. The material of the turbine is investigated for stage of building and assembling.</abstract>
