    <abstract language="eng">Anaplastic astrocytoma is a rare, malignant brain tumor that arises from astrocytes, with a poor prognosis. Herein, we report a challenging diagnostic case of a 76 years old female with an Anaplastic astrocytoma metastasized to the corpus callosum.</abstract>
