Case report: On examination, there was a reddish mass at the inferior right tympanic membrane and bilateral upper neck fullness. Subsequent imaging revealed five paragangliomas - right glomus jugulare, left glomus vagale, left carotid body tumor, right glomus vagale, and left superior mediastinum paraganglioma.
