Reported a 48-year-old female with a palpable mass at left flank, pain and microscopic haematuria. Radiological imaging shows a mass on left Kidney suspected of Renal Cell Carcinoma. Transperitoneal left radical nephrectomy was done. Histopathological results revealed a Metanephric adenoma. The patient is repatriated from the hospital four days after surgery.
