Cerebellar ataxia can be a rare presentation of autoimmune (Hashimoto's) thyroiditis. We reported a 26 year old lady presented with recurrent episodes of bilateral cerebellar ataxia without any other neurological features. She was euthyroid but having very high circulating antibodies specially anti-thyroid peroxidase (TPOAb) antibodies suggestive of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
