abstract={Colovaginoplasty is a surgical technique using a segment of the colon along its vascular pedicle to form neovagina and its lining. This surgery is usually performed on women with androgen insensitivity syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, vaginal agenesis, m¨¹llerian agenesis, and in sex reassignment surgery. We report a case sigmoid diverticulitis in a 64 years old female with history of colovaginoplasty transgender surgery using sigmoid colon. The literature is reviewed, and MRI imaging findings are highlighted.},
