Cardiovascular involvement in tuberculosis, though relatively rare, can be hemodynamically life threatening if not identified or diagnosed appropriately. Here we are reporting a case of sputum positive pulmonary tuberculosis with dilated cardiomyopathy which improved after administration of antitubercular drug along with decongestive therapy.
