It has primary or idiopathic and secondary types. Its clinical features are atypical and nonspeci?c; therefore, preoperative diagnosis is difficult. Herein, we present a case of a man who presented an idiopathic EPS con?rmed by a laparotomy and the histopathology and we detail its management and its outcomes after treatment.},
