Pulmonary TB may present with infiltration in the lung parenchyma with or without mediastinal lymphadenopathy. Pulmonary tuberculosis cases with the appearance of a mass in the lung are available in the literature. It may be difficult to exclude lung malignancy and to prove the diagnosis of tuberculosis in these patients. In this case, a case who applied to our outpatient clinic for routine control and had a mass appearance on thorax computed tomography (CT) is discussed.
