<abstract language="eng">This article highlights a review of how to maintain a healthy heart by consuming various appropriate foods. The emphasis is given to antioxidant foods which are necessary to maintain a healthy heart. Antioxidant foods which are conducive to the different parts of the brain controlling the heart beat as well as for the heart itself including its immune system are illustrated accordingly. A highlight of heart's normal structure and its function is also presented in this context.</abstract>
