The paper represents an operational executive definition to psi experience and behavior. The aim of this paper is to suggest a hypothesis about psi as 'a potential, latent, adaptive ability to sense and affect through distance'. The technique, the methodology of this paper depends on theoretical sampling based on dozens of reliable studies that have proven through years.
